The ancient practice of Yoga has long been regarded as an effective way of relieving emotional stress, curing body ills, and achieving personal equilibrium.  

CLASS SCHEDULE:

Beginners: Tues. 8:30-10:00am

Beginners / Intermediate: Wed.6:30-8pm

 

These classes are for beginner thru intermediate students.  Classes must be used in the session that you have registered.
